Well if you don't already know....you do now.
We are the proud owners of a beautiful new 5th wheel!
Kaelyn, Jacob and I sat on the front porch for an hour
waiting for dad to show up with the new trailer.
This was the event of the year....until of course we started using it!

THE CAMPER
It's a beauty.....but a little bit bigger than we had first thought!
Put yourself Ivan's shoes...
somehow he had to get this beast parked in our driveway!

Thankfully we have some great neighbours.
Ivan wasn't going to trust this baby to me.
I can barely walk strait, never mind direct him into the driveway!
So I did the smart thing and went to bed.
I think Ivan and the kids finally came to bed around 11:00
I awoke the next morning with 3 grumpy individuals
but one perfectly parked trailer!
THE COUNT DOWN
You'll notice that I didn't take any pictures of the inside...
but trust me when I say that all we have inside is the
BARE MINIMUM!
I know, I know....what a handsome couple!

THE COUNT DOWN
The whole week we counted the sleeps until Field Day and our first day of camping.
We picked the kids up from school and away we went.
We arrived at our destination by 4:30 and set up camp!
THE CAMPSITE
Yes, yes....I know some of you are snickering.
Your definition of camping is a little different then ours.
But that's ok, we can take it!
We love the outdoors, the campfire, the dirt, the sand...
but we love a good sleep even more!
So in our opinion this is the BEST definition of camping there is!
